Marko Skovrlj
Having a total of 20 years personal experience in the property industry in Spain, Marko Skovrlj has created this solid and highly respected real estate business, which has found many people of different nationalities their perfect dream home in the ‘California of Europe’. Marko has mastered five languages which opens up many markets and possibilities for the business.The ability to connect with people and understand their needs, combined with a sophisticated knowledge of the local market, leads to very satisfactory results for both clients and vendors. Over the past 15 years, under the dedicated leadership of Marko Skovrlj we have built up an international clientele, including U.K., Ireland, Scandinavia and Russia.
Marko is a qualified County Court Property Assessor and fully licensed Real Estate Agent. He is qualified to conduct Judicial Valuations of all types of properties and also holds a Masters degree in Economics and International Marketing.

Virginia Sanchez
Virginia is our administrative and marketing manager at the office. She speaks English and Spanish and she has over 15 years personal experience in Real Estate.
She knows the area perfectly as she is living here for 30 years and during several years she was in charge of Holiday rentals and maintenance service of many properties.
Christine Schell
Christine is responsible for the English speaking department in our business. She has been with Hacienda Estates since 2008 and has lived in Costa del Sol since 2000. Her knowledge of the coast is excellent and having educated her son at the German International College she has a good knowledge of schools and activities for families with children. Having dealt with many clients from many nationalities it is always rewarding to discover that special dream home in the ’California of Europe’.
