El Rosario

El Rosario, a residential urbanization with private houses and villas, only 7 km from the center of Marbella. This urbanization offers beautiful views of the mountain.
The closest beach is The Alicate, is a beautiful sandy beach, clean daily, with soft entry into the sea, without rocks and moderate waves. There are several beach restaurants and chiringuitos on the beach or nearby, such as “Las Flores”, “El Arenal”, “Playa de Bono” or “Los Cano”, from where you can also rent sun beds and umbrellas.

There is a supermarket (SuperSol) from where you can buy fresh vegetables, fresh fish and even freshly baked bread. In 1km there is a SuperCor supermarket, the only one open 24h and in 1.5km there are two other local supermarkets, Lidl and Mercadona.For your weekly shopping we recommend La Cañada, the largest shopping center on the Costa del Sol, located only 9 km away.

As for restaurants, you have several options, Pizzeria El Rosario, Don Quixote Restaurant or Bakery Mama. Los Cano is another restaurant in El Rosario, very famous for its delicious dishes of fresh seafood, paella and grilled meats.

There are two renowned golf courses close by, Marbella Golf & Country Club (designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones Senior) and Santa Clara Golf (18-hole golf course, par 71 designed by Enrique Canales Busquets). Also from here you can easily visit the main attractions of the area. In 12 minutes by car (8 km) you can visit the beautiful old town and the Orange square in Marbella. In just 20 minutes by car (19 km) you will reach the famous Puerto Banús, known as the luxury pole and parties. Within 8 minutes (7 km) drive to discover the hidden treasure of the Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. The international airport of Malaga is 40 minutes away by car (45 km).
