Nueva Andalucía

Nueva Andalucia is located to the west of Marbella and lies between Marbella city proper and the small town of San Pedro. Although it’s situated inland, Nueva Andalucia has easy access to the beach and is just a short drive from Puerto Banus. Malaga Airport is around 40 minutes’ drive away.Nueva Andalucia is a well-established development and offers high-end amenities in a well-designed layout. Here, you will find some of Marbella’s finest restaurants and best golf courses not to mention many of the Costa del Sol’s most luxurious property options. Playa de Nueva Andalucía – El Duque is found in the western part of Marbella, more specifically in the centre of the town for which it is named: Nueva Andalucía.

The beach is adjacent to Puerto Banús, the Costa del Sol’s most luxurious resort, a marina where visitors can see spectacular yachts, sports cars, exclusive boutiques etc. In Puerto Banús, sophistication finds its highest expression.

The location of Playa de Nueva Andalucía – El Duque makes it one of the beaches of most interest to visitors and one of the most famous in the whole of Marbella.The western section is built on a natural ridge of land with less expensive properties, including La Campana village and La Torre de Andalucía. Smaller villas and townhouses are built along the ridge and its western slopes, reaching down to the main coast road and the Guadaliza River plain.

The eastern section includes sectors of higher quality villas and some areas of apartments in the lower lying land to the east of the natural ridge. The eastern section includes the “Golf Valley”, with the famous Las Brisas (1968), Los Naranjos (1977) and Aloha golf courses, and the latter’s”pueblo”.Other urbanisations include Albatross Hill, Vista Real, Señoria de Gonzaga, Lago de los Tortugas, Alimar de Marbella, Sierra Park Club, Los Arrayanes, Aloha Golf Apartments, Aloha Hill Club and Peña Blanca.
